Returns & Store Policy

1. Returns for Full-Priced Items

  • Timeframe: 14 days from receipt of delivery for refunds.
  • Process: Obtain an RA number via the Returns Portal on 3rdwomens.com. Return postage fees apply:
    • Australia: $15 AUD deducted from refund.
    • New Zealand: $18 AUD deducted from refund.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

2. Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Eligibility: Only for Australian and New Zealand orders.
  • Timeframe: 14 days for exchanges or store credit (valid 12 months).
  • Limitations: No refunds or further exchanges after an item has been exchanged.

3. Sale Items, Bundles & Promotions

  • No refunds: Eligible only for store credit or exchange within 14 days.
  • Exclusions: Free exchanges not available for sale/promotional items.

4. Return Shipping

  • Pre-paid labels: Available for AU/NZ returns (fees apply).
  • International returns: Customer covers shipping costs; trackable service required.

5. Refunds & Processing

  • Timing: Refunds issued within 2–3 days after inspection.
  • Method: Original payment method.

6. Exceptions

  • Final Sale: No returns/exchanges.
  • Gift Cards/Store Credits: Non-refundable.
